The Celebrity Traitors Final Review – An Absolute Blinder!

Did Alan Carr play a blinder? Or could it be that the trusting players act exceptionally – in other words mind-blowing poorly? Debates will flourish on social media for ages, but either way the victor of the first – and likely not the final – edition of The Celebrity Traitors is the sly Alan Carr.

When first anointed by the emcee, we thought he would not survive even sixty minutes. Nor did he. “I am nauseous. I have a perspiration issue and find it impossible to maintain a secret.” Moreover, he is incapable of whisper or remember whether he’s won a shield.

Nonetheless, encircled, by among the most foolish participants of the game in recent memory, he made it through, developing into the role with alarming simplicity. He wrapped up with a dramatic touch, bursting into semi-crocodile tears about how difficult it had been for him to shoulder the deadly weight.

The two surviving trusting contestants, hurried to console him (“It was destroying me internally!”). At home, many envisioned raised faces and screams.

The Ultimate Face-Off

As things commenced of the last episode, there had been five remaining contestants of the original 19. After one last collective task, involving a railway engine, a cash sum in locked boxes, access items and hints scattered across the wagons, and two metal-bound caskets (“I assumed control a bit there,” says one player of the revealing. “Because I was happy to lose a finger”), they gathered for their last round table.

Two participants cast their votes for another player, despite the historian’s notable history of reasoning himself to every incorrect decision conceivable. I hold strong in my belief that this player would have made the planet’s best traitor, but as a loyalist he was disastrous.

He was able to vote for a fellow participant at the table, nevertheless, and she was rightfully banished in the end.

Heartbreak and Reconciliation

With four left. I can hardly bear to narrate what occurred afterward. One contestant … felt a hesitation. An instance when he suspected his trusted companion. A standout friendships of modern times, between the largest individual and the tiniest man on the screen, the sportsman and the puzzlemaster, faltered under the blow as the doubter displayed his final slate to show his closest friend’s name.

The accused remained steady – he lacks the capacity for it – but had he been able, he could have. “Yet I care for you,” the friend said, helplessly.

The removed participant departed, the last duo believed they had secured victory and subsequent to an activity featuring hurling satchels into a blaze, the group chose to finish the game.

As the sole surviving traitor, the champion was announced as the victor and took the full prize pot for the pediatric cancer organization. But the most important thing is that when the emcee guided the quintet to a reunion on the fortress stairs, forgiveness was swift.

Parting with the Players

I am going to, in company with the over thirteen million other viewers, long for each one. (Excluding two contestants who lacked the occasion to make an impact, and a different who did not express regret for mishandling a specific task.)

I shall miss the bitter fury of one player, the Shakespearean sorrow of a different one, the utter inability of another participant to view challenges through a personal lens.

I shall miss a certain player’s distrust of complex vocabulary, a pair’s wit, an artist’s sheer presence, a star as the distillation of everything that remains good in this fallen world, a veteran host as the small screen’s final performer, a sweet-natured contestant and the persistent paternal warmth of an adored individual, together with all the endgame contestants.

Above all I shall miss the dignity and style of a particular contestant, so remarkably majestic even when shouting into a hole or passing gas in a hut. As the figure beneath the presenter’s locks made clear on multiple times, you were, largely, inept in the competition. However, you served as great, great entertainment.

The famous-person version is available for viewing currently.
