"It revolutionized my wake-up routine," explains a 25-year-old from East Sussex. "Waking at 5am to train appears more manageable with this equipment."

"Sometimes remaining indoors and accepting snugness is just what you require," agrees another individual who has developed a fresh attitude toward seasonal changes.

"No one can exist in constant sunshine," they conclude.
