The former personal attorney for Donald Trump has left her position as the US Attorney for New Jersey. This comes after a judicial decision that challenged her legal standing to hold the office.

US Attorney General, Pam Bondi, confirmed the prosecutor's departure on Monday. In a statement that the appeals court finding made it impossible for the official to effectively run her office.
"But do not mistake following the order as giving up," she wrote. "My fight will now reach across America."
